Good morning Grade 5/6 community,
This week we will kick off Genius Hour! Grade 5/6 is very excited. Please be sure to check in with your student, often genius hour projects require some support from home in the form of materials and encouragement!
During our first wave of presentations of the King’s Equal projects I have been so impressed with the students effort and creativity! Bravo Grade 5/6!
Please join us at Highroad Academy on November 9, 2018 for our Remembrance Day Events. Grade 6 students will be hosting the event welcoming guests and serving tea to to Seniors. Grade 5 will be sing in a choir. As a class we will select three creative writing pieces students will read aloud during the service.

Winter Uniforms Begin: This means students must wear pants and the girls have the option of pants or kilts. Shorts will return again when we switch over to summer uniform. Please ensure that the uniform pieces you are purchasing for your child are from Neat Uniform.
